Following on from our nomination for a finalist in 2019 after a pandemic induced delay, Optimising IT are pleased to announce that we are winners of the coveted Service Desk Institute Managed Service Provider of the year award!
Recognised as an industry-leading organisation for IT Service Management, the Service Desk institute evaluated a number of organisations based on service excellence, approach, future planning and how customers are engaged with.
In particular, the judges were particularly impressed with the way Optimising IT provide our best in breed Managed IT Services with our level of personalised service. They also found our cyber focussed, consultancy lead approach integrated exceptionally well with our customers and enabled them to truly align their IT strategy and Service Delivery with their business objectives, delivering real benefits and business advantage.

About the Service Desk Institute awards process
The awards application, review process and judging is comprehensive and included the following stages:
- Awards entry submission
- Our team visited the Service Desk Institute to present
- The Service Desk Institute sent a team to our offices for an onsite review, including the winners from the previous year
- Our customers were interviewed, and their feedback is taken into consideration
All in all, this was a fantastic way for us to demonstrate what we do for all of our customers as part of our day to service.
